Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email).
- Preferences: Your mood selections, vibe preferences, pace settings, and other choices you make when using the App to personalize your experience.
- Taste Profile: Your venue ratings and preference data used to improve recommendations.
Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's approximate location to provide nearby venue and event recommendations. We use coarse location data (city-level) and do not continuously track your precise location.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, screens viewed, and itineraries created.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address as permitted by those services.
- Venue Data: We receive venue information from third-party data providers (such as Google Places) to display in the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Generate personalized venue and event recommendations
- Build custom itineraries based on your preferences
- Show you relevant events and experiences in your area
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our service
- Communicate with you about updates, features, or support

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

The App may contain affiliate links to third-party ticketing services. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. Clicking an affiliate link will take you to a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with affiliate partners; the only data transmitted is through your browser's standard navigation to their website.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Location: Disable location services at any time through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 10. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
